Rex Jetpack: Secret Agent.

Another project from my art education class. This one was for a self designated lesson plan, and I chose to do a Superhero based plan.

The product?

None other than Rex Jetpack: Secret Agent.

Art Education Work.

If you can even call it that.

What follows are some of the pieces I've done for my Methods & Materials of Art Education class. I'll go so far as to say that its my own spin on the assignments given. Not everyone did something like this.

First up is the Rainforest craypas project, done on black paper.

Then there's this one...A "Special place" project, where we did different treatments to white paper, like dish soap and paint, bubbles and paint, sponges, salt and water colors, etc... Then ripped the pieces of paper to make a landscape.

Mine turned out more like a Mario Bros. background level...

Next is a Spirit Mask project, based on learning about West African Spirit masks.

Each of these pieces has one or two corresponding lesson plans, breaking down what needs to be done to teach such a project.

This is what i do at grown-up-school.
