Deadpool-ing.

Ink and watercolor on brown paper.

Now I'm better at whatever it is Wolverine does.

1-Up.

I was trying to sketch her looking surprised...I guess she looks kind of surprised. Surprised enough, we'll say.

Not crazy about the background shape thing...Oh well.

Stripes and Rayguns.

I'm not entirely sure. Skimming through a Tank Girl book and an Allure magazine produces...this. I guess.

I don't read Allure. I borrowed it. Seriously.

"There are many strange legends in the Amazon..."

More brown paper drawings. Decided it was way passed due for me to draw my favorite Universal Monster.

The Creature from the Black Lagoon,
The Gill Man

"Suddenly you discover humanity. Convenient. "

Doodling on this brown paper sketchbook I picked up at a bookstore that was going out of business. I like it, but I can't find any white lead for mechanical pencils, or simple white pens.

Enjoy Rorschach.

Retro Rewind Gojira In Love Edition

Not too-too long ago, I had the idea for a children's book. I did a series of water color illustrations for the book. The idea of a same sex Godzilla children's book is really neat to me. What better way to express the idea of equality than to tell that story with Godzilla? Or better yet: Two Godzillas.

Godzilla is a beast born as a metaphor, and at his strongest when he IS a metaphor for something...why not use him as another?

Retro Rewind 2.0

Another older piece.

I kind of want to relook at this series, maybe do some more work with these three characters. Especially with my newfound love for Clint Eastwood.

Retro Rewind 1.0

Going through my old Deviant Art account, and pulling out some things I really liked, and might go back to...
